Meet our Team
Glenda Crawford, RPN – Nurse Injector
Glenda has over 13 years of experience working as a Certified Cosmetic Nurse Injector in various clinical settings. She received her Registered Practical Nursing designation from George Brown College. Glenda then went on to receive her Operating Room Certification, enabling her to work side-by-side with Plastic Surgeons. She has received extensive training in advanced Botox® and dermal filler techniques, and continues to attend numerous workshops, seminars, and symposia to keep up-to-date on the latest treatment innovations. She is a specialist in Juvederm and Teosyal products, and is highly sought after for her outstanding technique, natural results, and empathetic approach. She is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO). Glenda has also attended numerous continuing education courses provided by the pharmaceutical company Allergan, the world’s largest provider of aesthetic products in the cosmetic industry.
Elizabeth Bowen, RPN – Nurse Injector
Elizabeth received her nursing designation from Fleming College in 2013. She has over 7 years of experience as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector providing a highly personalized, client-centered approach to treatment utilizing a variety of injectable products such as Botox, Juvederm, and Teosyal. Her goal is to work with patients to develop a treatment plan to help them look and feel their best. She is always commended for her gentle touch and her subtle approach to injections which yield natural-looking results. Elizabeth continually seeks to expand her knowledge and skills by participating in continuing education courses to learn the latest injectable techniques. Elizabeth completed 5 levels of an advanced injectable training program called MD Codes™ with renown plastic surgeon Dr. Mauricio de Maio to achieve full facial rejuvenation using non-surgical techniques to provide structure, lift and enhance facial features while simultaneously improving emotional attributes. She is also a current member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Specialty Nurses and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.
Gaby Llorens
Gaby is a Trainer with the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine where she teaches health care practitioners the foundations of aesthetic medicine including the administration of hyaluronic acid filler and botulinum toxin injections. Gaby is an experienced injector who has worked at various clinics in the Greater Toronto Area in a leadership role. She is also a member in good standing of the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario (RPNAO). Gaby is known for providing patients with excellent results, thanks to a combination of her artistic eye, injection technique, and attention-to-detail. In addition to a highly customized experience, her patients can expect the highest level of care, safety and accuracy.
Maggie Jugenburg – Owner/Director
Maggie has a varied career focused on business and health care. She has worked in consulting at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, improving the quality of child health at Winnipeg Children’s Hospital. She has also worked in strategic planning and revenue generation at the University Health Network in Toronto, were she was instrumental in establishing the multi-hospital bariatric surgery program. She then left the public sector and established Skinjectables Cosmetic Clinic in 2013. Maggie received her undergraduate degree at Western University, an M.B.A. from The Schulich School of Business in Toronto, and certification in Project Management from the University of Waterloo. She loves books, fitness, cooking, and travel and is involved in a number of meaningful causes.
Booking an Appointment?
To book an appointment Contact Us. If you are a new patient you will be asked to provide your full name, telephone number, email address, postal code, date of birth, and credit card number (including expiry date) to reserve your appointment time. New patients will be charged a $50 consultation fee at the time of booking, which will be applied to the cost of treatment. For your first visit, you may elect to use your appointment time to have a consultation only, or alternatively, to have a consultation and treatment.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
You will receive an appointment confirmation via email at least several days in advance of your appointment, followed by a reminder email two days prior to your appointment. We will then attempt to reach out again to any patients who have not confirmed their appointment, via email and then if that fails, via phone. If we don’t hear back from you at least 2 full business days prior to your appointment, your appointment slot may be given away. You will be notified by phone and/or email that we have had to release your spot. The appointment reminders are a courtesy, and we are not responsible should you forget your appointment or mix up the time.
Late Arrivals
Appointments will be held for a 10-minute grace period. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, however our ability to do this depends on your nurse injector’s schedule. In some situations we may be able to customize your treatment to fit the remaining appointment time, while in other situations, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, & “No-Shows”
We are happy to re-schedule or cancel your appointment if necessary, however, in order to accommodate our other patients, we require 2 full business days’ notice. For new patients, if we receive less than 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation or rescheduling, the $50 consultation fee will be forfeited. Re-scheduling an appointment will then cost an additional $50.

Please do not bring children under 12 years of age to the clinic. Our facility is not childproof and we do not provide supervision. Children pose a safety concern and we would like to ensure that we can give you our undivided attention during your treatment.
