If we don’t hear back from you at least 2 full business days prior to your appointment, your appointment slot may be given away. Appointments will be held for a 10-minute grace period. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, however our ability to do this depends on your nurse injector’s schedule. In some situations we may be able to customize your treatment to fit the remaining appointment time, while in other situations, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Re-scheduling an appointment will then cost an additional $50.
